The location of the hotel is great. From Asakusabashi you can access the metro and JR lines, putting all areas of Tokyo at your fingertips. The surrounding is also great for eating or a night out. The room was relatively clean.

What is there not to like? Very helpful and friendly staff that allowed us to store our luggage with them during our one day stay in Nikko. Also helped us ship our luggage to the next hotel :) (they speak english / chinese too), Comfortable bed/pillows, clean and quiet room. Washing machines come with a pin lock so you need not worry about your laundry getting dumped by unruly guests. Lots of restaurants, 2 convenience stores and 1 supermarket nearby. Very near Asakusabashi station (with a pharmacy right next to it too) as well! Pet friendly hotel is a bonus.

The receptionists at the counter were all very friendly. They all spoke decent English which helps. Hotel is very dog friendly which is nice if you bring your furry friend with you. Room though was very very small. The breakfast there was actually really good. Walking distance from the nearest train stations is about 5-8 minutes depending on the station you get off on. I would stay again I would just remind myself to get a bigger room if available.

I loved the view of our room and the layout. At first, I was skeptical about the hotel because I saw dogs, but it turned out to be clean. I loved the vibe downstairs where you could sit and mingle with other guests and sample different Sakai. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. I loved the location of the area and their concerns of keeping everyone safe by locking the entrance door at a certain time. The toiletries are easily available, and you don't have to ask. Just grab what you need. The curtains or shades of the room were amazing. It blocked the sunlight from entering the room when I wanted to get extra sleep.

Room: Small but comfortable for a solo traveller. Regular Japanese business hotel size. Very clean, no smell. Excellent Japanese style toilet. Comes with kettle, small refrigerator and mini-safe. Location: 3 minutes walking distance to Asakusabashi Station. Good connectivity with Chuo Line, Asakusa Line, Yamanote Line and Keihin-Tokyo Line. 20 minutes walk from Akihabara. 25 minutes walk from Asakusa Sensoji Temple and Benitsuru. Sumida River 10 minutes walk away. Lots of eateries, kombinis (Lawson, Family Mart, 7-Eleven), grocery stores (Aeon and others), fast food (Burger King, Macdonalds) and izakayas in immediate naighborhood. Breakfast: Continental style sandwich buffet breakfast. Good selection of bread, scrambled eggs, juices, salads, etc. Coffee is ok, but there's a coffee place across the road for those who want better coffee. Staff: Good ineractions with cafe, housekeeping and front counter staff. All are very friendly and helpful. Front counter staff communicate very well in English. Very prompt response to requests.

Friendly staff: everyone was so nice! Most of them can speak english and maybe in other languages. They would help you as much as possible without hesitation. Amenities: there is a laundry room on the first floor for washing and drying clothes. Also I really like the system of room cleaning by placing a magnet on the door whether you would like to ask to clean the room or not. Spacious room: we stayed in a two bed room and it was bigger than I imagined. Putting two opened luggage on the floor was not a problem. Pet friendly: although we don't have pets, this hotel allows pets to stay in, so this is the perfect place for someone travelling with pets.

I absolutely loved my stay here. The hotel is in a prime location in a lovely neighbourhood, a couple of minutes away from the station, next to a grocery store and across the road from a 7eleven. The room itself was really clean, comfortable and spacious. I wanted to stay in a hotel where the room was a little bigger as I am claustrophobic and am glad I booked my stay here. The staff were lovely and very helpful with their recommendations of where to eat/what to do and allowed me to store my luggage after checking out so I could venture out for the day before heading to Kyoto. I would definitely recommend staying here if you are wanting somewhere affordable and don’t want to be too far out from central Tokyo.

Amazing location - right next to Asakusabashi station yet EXTREMELY quiet. The hotel is dog friendly, so every day there are lovely pets at the reception. At the same time, we haven't been disturbed by any barking/noise during our stay (not a single time). The room was small, but very well organized and we had no issues at all.

We loved the hotel since it allows dogs. We're not dog owners (yet) but we love animals so we were hoping to spot a dog. Aside from the dogs, we felt the room was spaceious. We had a lot of storage, we were able to put all of our stuff away and still keep it tidy. We also loved the bath. After a long day of walking, the bath was perfect to relax in. Our room also had a view towards the Tokyo Sky Tree which was amazing! We especially loved seeing it at night. It had a 7/11 right around the corner. We used it a lot! And its a few minutes walking to the JR station, maybe 5 minutes to the subway. Were also big fans of the Akihabara area. So for us this location was perfect since its a 20 minutes walk! Overall, the hotel was and had everything we needed

The rooms were beautifully clean and felt spacious and welcoming. The staff were all friendly and helpful and spoke English when our Japanese fell short! Breakfast was lovely with something for everyone, and, as we were missing our dog who we left at home, we loved seeing all the cute little dogs coming and going :) The en-suite was nice at the bath had a jet stream which was very relaxing! Easy walk to the trains and the 7-11, which had everything we needed.
